How I open settings on my lg g3 mobile , when it shows me "unfortunately the settings has stopped"

After factory reset my lg g3 phone it shows me "unfortunately the process, android.process.acore has stopped" and "unfortunately the settings has stopped." How I open settings?

Welcome to Android Central! After the reset, did you reinstall any apps, or do you only have the preinstalled apps on the phone?

Why did you do the factory reset in the first place? Was the phone malfunctioning beforehand?
