How I would have done the Nexus S

I love the Nexus S, but if I were Google, I'd have:

1. Removed the capacitive buttons
2. Made the screen bigger
3. Made the buttons (back, home, menu, search) pop up from the bottom when you swipe up (i.e. the same as a swipe to show notifications but from the bottom)

One of the Nexus Prime rumors is doing away with those.

Were you one of the Pre converts?

Yes, but this isn't just coming from WebOS. The notifications bar uses this gesture. And it gives more room for a bigger screen (or a smaller phone if they want) and it looks better. Those button at the bottom don't look good and they are an inconsistent UI choice (as the rest of your interaction all happens on screen).
