How is it possible to be charged an ETF for 14 months of very bad service?

I switched to T-Mobile and they'rere paying my ETF. Easy fix to your Sprint problem.

I work at best buy (mobile phones) and have seen many times where sprint will let you out of contract if your service is inadequate.
