How is the call quality?

I have an S8+

I have to take and initiate all voice calls on speaker

My phone is 3 months old and hasn't been used heavily as there are many things that don't work well or work at all. Fingerprint reader iris etc have never worked as well as wireless charging. Will not charge in certain vehicles like Hyundais ironically.

Got my S8+ 3 days ago. Calls sounded tinny. Stopped at Verizon store today and asked them to replace my sim card. Took care of my issue. Calls sound fine now.
