How is the charging time

How is the charging time for the Note 5? If I come home for an hour for lunch, will I be able to charge it from 30% to 100%?

Probably just about, but you shouldn't let it drop below 40%, so you should have charged it for a while before you come home. (If there's no way to plug in a charger, get a power bank. The battery doesn't care whether you have power available or not - constantly discharging it to 30% will kill it faster than it should last.)

Oh yeah for sure. I think full charge takes about 1.5 hours or less, if I remember correctly.

If you use the charger you got with your Note, you will reach to around 80% from 30% in an hour.
