How is the memory allocated?

I have been trying to figure out and get a clear and honest answer to how the memory on the Galaxy Tab is configured. I read on Samsung's site that they have 16GB of Internal memory and an expansion slot up 32GB. I visited the Verizon store and BB and check out their SGT and it shows 16GB Storage card and .90GB or .93GB of Internal memory.

So how much memory do you actually get without an microsd card?

I believe it's like this:

GSM versions : 16GB internal + empty SD slot
CDMA versions : 2GB internal + 16GB SD card included (the 2GB is likely broken up to RAM/ROM/1GB of App space)

Thanks. I noticed that the Verizon version shows about 1Gig of internal storage, the Verizon rep told me that the apps save to the 16Gb of internal storage which would make sense to a degree, or do you have to move the apps to the internal SD?

If I recall the setting is set to automatic, and the apps choose on their own and then you can move them if you want.
