you should record it, add "reboot logger“, it will record every reboot. then you will see how often it happens.

that seems to be a problem. do it before the year of warranty expires.

That is an EXCELLENT idea. I will find that Reboot Logger app. I bet this problem happens way more than many people realize. After all, I can hardly tell the difference, overnight, whether my tablet rebooted, or not. If it's not happening while you are using it, it's not nearly as annoying! But that's why I let this issue go so long, hoping for a software fix. It wasn't a show stopper. I started going through settings all the way to status and the uptime, but didn't search for an app like this.

Meanwhile I hope my tech support phone call transcription was amusing in some way or another. ;) Yes I know that's typical. That's why I dreaded it in the first place. And, as I said, the web form failed me. That's the only reason I resorted to the phone. Heck, 34 minutes, I should consider myself lucky!

It's been over a week, and I've heard nothing back from Asus. Trying their live chat now. Kinda miss my tablet!
