I just checked my status this morning, says its repaired and is being packed for shipping. I will update and inform you all of when I recieve it and of its been fixed or replaced. Just a heads up my issue was the it not powering back on issue, it also wouldn't charge and when I did have it powered back on it would go in and out of stand by. Based on my symptoms I read (after I sent it in.....sigh) that its a software related issue but I'm not sure if it got fixed with the recent update that came out late February plus some users have reported they never had the issue. Regardless prior to me reading that I thought it was a hardware issue, regardless it shouldn't have taken this long but we will see what the verdict is when it arrives. I like this forum, it helps to rant lol
