how long does your battery last when using GN as wi-fi hotspot?

depending on usage, I have gotten anywhere from 2 to 3 hours
(this is starting from a fully charged stock battery) is this too
short?

I usually just plug it in if possible if I am using the hotspot

I try to plug mine in as well, but with a good signal level I can go two to four hours with the hotspot active on battery power.

As the signal quality decreases, the battery life seems to decrease at a much faster rate.
