How long have you had your Nexus 5?

Just curious to see how many people got their N5's around the initial release and if they are still working. My N5 is only 8 months old and works fine, but I wonder what the average life span is on this particular phone. Thanks.

i have a Nexus 5 i bought on launch day and still love it. my strategy is - i only buy Nexus phones but i skip every other one - so i upgrade every 24 months. it works as a nice balance between staying current and pisssssing away money.

16 months since I met my Nexus 5, and I love it. I love its style and design. Think I will keep it until the next Nexus model. It's a great phone and it works fine, it's one of my best phone ever and I will keep it as long as I can.
LG made a great phone and a great Nexus, even for the price!

I've had mine since release in the UK and still use it as my daily driver. Had the One M8, Moto X and S5 in between but prefer pure stock android on a nexus.

13 months. I love it. The only reason I would want a new phone is because I damaged the screen on mine. It was in my front pocket of my pants and I ran into the corner of a table. The glass is fine but there is a spot on the screen that is blue when the background is darker. My fault and is nothing critical but the ocd in me gets annoyed by it.

Mine arrived President's Day last year, so a bit over a year now. Works just like new. I'm not looking to change any time soon.

I've been using mine daily for almost 17 months now. Rooted it maybe 6 months in. Really like it but the battery life is getting a little annoying at this point. Def need a battery pack if power using for any sort of time in a day.

I also bought mine on release day in the UK. I however dropped it and broke the screen on Christmas day 2014 and paid to get it fixed. There really hasn't been anything released since that's worth an 'upgrade' as most phones have just got bigger and more expensive. Like many I'm holding out for a decent normal sized phone, but given the current state of Android I think I'll be using the N5 for some time yet.

I'm in the UK and I got mine yesterday! I have had Android devices before but this is the first time I've owned anything that is pure Android. I'm pleased to see all the positive comments about it on here and though I've only had it on since last night, really like all that I've seen/experienced so far.
