How long have you had your Nexus 5?

I've had mine for about six months, and it's still in great shape. I've been rotating it with my LG G3, so i get maximum use out of both phones.:p

~15 months and counting. got the official bumper case in black and a tempered glass protector on it and looks as good as new.

funny anecdote - when i was in korea in march, all the people i met were fascinated by the "nexus" since they didn't know what that was. they were impressed with its simple and clean design. i told them its a "google" phone - still got blank stares.

Had my n5 since it came out I only had to send it in once because my mother board needed replacement that was a year ago, but as far as the phone it self its running faster than ever :), treat your phone with respect and it'll reward you.

I've had mine for a year. Still running great, though I got a G2 a couple months ago. Been switching back and forth with them cause of the giant battery in the G2 when I need it. Just broke the top half of the digitizer on the G2 so for now it is my daily driver again. I love how smooth it runs on 5.1 A buddy of mine owns an electronics repair shop here in El Paso so I'll be back to switching in no time. I don't plan to get rid of my Nexus 5, but the G2 can go next year when I hope to get a G5. I usually upgrade every other release of a phone cause I but them outright.

I've had mine for the last two weeks.

Switched from an iPhone 5S after using iPhones since they first came out.

Very impressed with the Nexus and Android.

I've had mine since launch, still hanging in like a champ. I should probably do a factory reset post the lollipop update but I still haven't backed up my data. :)

I still sort of wish I had another one for backup even though I love my OnePlus One. (It's still feeling kind of big in my hand because I alternate with using my Nexus 5.)

My phone is still going great, I have replaced the battery, but that turns out to have been a software issue (darn).

But recently I've been thinking what I would one day replace it with.

My android devices so far have been a HTC Desire, Samsung Galaxy S3 and this.

But I feel that maybe, one day, I would consider the iPhone.

This is oddly because I feel that the iPhone 6 at the moment manages to in a way follow the Nexus 5, simple form factor with a good interface. Albeit extremely expensive in comparison. Wonder what the new rumoured Nexus 5 will bring to the table as I'm not a fan of the 6...

However, for now, you wouldn't get this phone out of my cold dead hands!

Nexus 5 bought when they first came out. About a year in my screen cracked and I sent it to LG for replacement. They had it a LONG time and I think the battery was also replaced. Date on battery is 2014.02.10.

For the past two or three weeks (as updates have been rolling out) I noticed bad battery life. I could have a full charged battery at nightime and by morning (no use) it would be almost gone. Decided to order the Amazon battery from Shine (China). The new battery is dated 2015.03. Looked promising.

Switched out old battery for new battery and charged it fully. INCREDIBLE. It's only been 24 hours but it looks very promising. I'm glad I went ahead and swapped out the battery. New life to a great phone. I rarely keep a phone two years but this one is going to last me.

So,i have my Nexus 5 is already 8 months(Since October) and i love it.I have some scratches on my phone. There is some things i wanted(better battery life, downgradint to KitKat and other things) but other than that - great phone for great price, since i am not a big fan of Android.

I've had mine for nearly year now and it's holding up nicely despite being beaten up somewhat. Love the phone and am rocking it for a while longer. Loving it and hoping for better battery life with Android M.

I just bought a used one yesterday. I have had this phone the times in the past. I'm starting to like the shaker firm factor as I'm coming from the Note 4 and iPhone 6 Plus. So far it has been awesome. Glad to be back using it.

I've had mine since the tail end of January, so roughly 17 months. A few weeks ago, I thought she died (stuck in boot loop, could not get to bootloader without a restart) but it turns out she just needed a precise percussional adjustment (a good whack). Ultimately, I believe that the internal power button part was stuck depressed, as I have had no issues since. Unfortunately, I had already driven to T-Mobile and got an N6, so now I have a backup phone (there would be restocking fees, and I have grown partial to the N6... Ironically, I hated the idea of a phone this large before I got it...). :)
