How many apps is too many apps

To me its a problem when I get "low space" & I'm down to 21 mb (outta 130 mb) & the warning start at 20 mb
I've erased allot of apps & no use , I'm stuck under 25 mb

I get the 'Low on space' warning at about +/-42MB left (roughly 89% used). And I have every app I can possibly move to the card that I possibly can (except Evernote, because the widget won't load if it's on the card). :-\

Clear all of your cache

I've attgempted this many times and every time I do, each app is already cleared from the cache (shows 0 memory being used).

The biggest rub in all this is that I have discovered that none of my Google accounts will sync if the 'Low on space' warning is active (even though my memory is only 89% used).
