VZ switched me to the X. (new, not refurb).

I'm on the 1st one, but I have a friend that's goin on #4...2 contant reboot issue, 1 that got lost the speaker when upgrading to Froyo, #4 coming today.

I am on my 2nd because I had an issue with the weather widget but it seems to be an HTC problem because the replacement is doing the same thing. Other than this no issues at all. Love the DINC. Yesterday had data issues and I was at the store and I think the rep botched it up. I had to do a master reset because prior to going into the store, my SD card was fine. I left the store and my DINC wasn't recognizing it. I wasn't happy about this....I had told him to please not mess with it but he said he was just checking things out yea right. I am glad the master reset took care of that issue because I wasn't happy when I left the store. Now if the weather widget starts working properly I will be very happy.

I'm still on my first one since May 4th, but we had to replace my husband's back in November because of the constant reboot issue. It was extremely laggy and wouldn't work 1/2 the time before it started the rebooting problem. I don't like the screen on his replacement, but at least it works. It's not as bright as mine is.

He has bad luck, though. He went through 6 BB Storms when we had them while I had my original one until we upgraded to Android. I can't tell if it's something he does, or just a curse

I'm on #2 since launch. After a "maintenance update" the microphone stopped working. It was rooted and I returned it without unrooting it and I never heard anything about it.

I'm on #1, but #2 is current being overnighted to me due to the constant reboot issue. Hopefully this next one works.

I think I got mine originally in June of '10. Random reboot problems started about Thanksgiving of last year. Second one on the way to me right now.

I'm on my fourth since June all for the same reason bad speaker I don't get it I never play anything loud I constantly tell my kids to lower their volume and I'm the one who ends up with a bad speaker,I can tell u I'm sick and tired of Verizon

With #1 here. After cleaning trackball in the beginning
all has been good. 70+ apps no issues. Refused Froyo update and still love this phone!

Still on my first, but keeping a close eye on it and contemplating taking it back for an exchange before the warranty runs. It's gradually accumulating an ever-growing cloud of dust under the screen in the upper left corner. Funny part is I had a first-gen BlackBerry Storm for 2 years prior to this, and never had one dust particle under that screen.
