WiFi version and super disappointed with samsung's decision to not give note 8 owners OS (LOLIPOP...etc.) upgrades we paid for from the start and deserve just as much as other device users do. And to think I actually returned my mini ipad for a note 8. What a shame samsung. Please reconsider your decision and give us what we deserve. Long live Note 8's!!! Or not? :/

39. Just replaced the battery, and since it looks like no lollipop, thinking about a replacement when marshmallow is in full swing.

40. AT&T version, though I haven't used it very much since I upgraded my phone to the Note 4 back in May.

I've got about 6 months left on my data contract wit AT&T. Once that expires, I'll probably hand it over to one of my kids.
