How many Notes have you owned?

I just skipped the Original Note because let's face it, it was just ridiculous (that's what I tell myself now, though). So Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, Note 7, Note 7, Note 8 (it's been delivered, but I'm not home until the 14th )

I noticed a lot of you started with the Note 2, any reason why you skipped the first one? I remember why I got it, I was with AT&T and they were the only ones with it when it came out, and nobody had large phones out, this was the first, I had to have it! Then I switched to Verizon when the Note 2 came out, been with them ever since.

For me it was the overall size. Yes, I wanted the larger screen and the promising S-Pen (I was a fan of PalmOS before it took a nose dive), but once I picked up one it was just too uncomfortable for me.

Then Note 2 came out and they refined it and it actually looked like a phone... then Note 3 came out and things changed forever.

I wanted it from the get, but verizon didn't carry it, so. ...out off luck. I think only AT&T carried it. I don't remember why I didn't get the note 2...

2-3-4 4 being my current device, don't think Note 1 was released here in Ireland, N5 wasn't released here and didn't offer anything over the Note 4 really, Note 7 was only released here same week as the recall
