How many of u are happy with S9+

I'm happy with the s9+. I really do like the device alot but I keep going back and forth as to whether or not I will keep it past the 14 day period. It is the smoothest and fastest Samsung device I've ever owned (currently have a Note 8 for my work line). However, I just feel like the camera isn't as great as advertised. Comparing pictures I've taken with my Pixel 2 XL and iPhone X the photos just don't appear quite as nice. I'm wanting to love it and wanting to find a device that I like enough that I can move on from the iPhone X. The S9+ is alllllllmoooost there but I'm just not sure yet. If iOS wasn't so buggy for me on the X and if CarPlay didn't suck and would allow Google Maps I might just be satisfied with the X even though I've always been an Android guy.

I love my s9 plus, i switched over from a s7 edge and the screen size, display and performance are awesome. I had a note 8 for a short time but returned it because i never used the s pen and the phone felt too big in my hands (i have big hands so thats saying a lot) the s9 plus feels more sleek and user friendly

Installed Nova Launcher, and now it's the perfect phone!
I had to use Nova too. Samsung didn't implement Oreo very well compared to Nougat and the hit or miss badge notifications was enough for me to switch and try Nova again. So now I'm loving the S9+. They just need to improve on the camera processing and I'll be even better.

I'm missing my Galaxy s7 edge.
I miss having the fingerprint sensor on the front.
I hate you need to pick it up from the table in order to unlock it.

This is one of the main differences to get used to hen switch from the 7 to a 8/9+. I remember it was very annoying at first.

I love Purple.

The number of phone I've gone through. Nothing excites me anymore. They're all the same.

Set up Intelligent Scan and I guarantee you will miss the front FP scanner less. I only use the FP scanner now when I'm in the dark. I was hesitating for the same reason as you, initially.

I love mine and the processor speed is awesome. I still don't know why the Oreo 8.0 is not available for the S9 plus and it's available for the S8 versions.

JUMP'ed from the iPhone 8 to the s9+ and am more than happy with the switch. The devise is the perfect size and the screen is the best I've ever seen in a smartphone. I have a glass screen protector and Samsung case on it and it's still not bulky. Much nicer feeling in the hand than my wife's iPhone 7s Plus. She even likes the s9+ better.

This weekend was our daughter's prom and it was a great testing ground for the camera. We were outside, sunshine and next to a lake in a pavillion. My iPhone 8 would not have done well in those conditions based on past similar circumstances I had with it. The s9+ was magnificent! I had people with high end Nikon and Canon DSLRs coming up to me and asking to see the pictures I took. They were honestly amazed at the quality and clarity of what I had taken. Skin tones, the color of the young ladles dresses, etc., all absolutely spot on. I was really taken back by what the camera did.

Am I happy with the s9+... you bet I am!

My S9 Plus shipped with 8.0 Oreo -- I thought I heard that all S9s were shipping with Oreo. Were you perhaps thinking of 8.1?

I came from a IPhone 7+ and really like the S9, its so easy to use, it is superfast, I really like all the free apps..and most of all IT HAS A HEADPHONE JACK!!!

Liking my S9 a lot, coming from a S7. The speed and fluidity (using Nova Launcher), plus the extra room in the screen are some of my top things I like about it.

After waffling over the last week, I finally picked up the 9+ today. I had the Note 8 for the last month and iPhone X before that. Granted I have only had it for 1 day, but I love the size. It seems like a perfect balance and is completely comfortable in my hand.

The phone is also very fast, even compared to the Note 8. It is snappier all the way around. I also made the switch from AT&T to T-Mobile, so we will see how that goes.

So far I am very happy with my decision.

Glad you like it. I also switched from the iPhone x and note 8 to the s9 plus. Really is a great device. I got excellent battery life and signal. And Samsung pay is the best by far. Enjoy your device.
