How many of u are happy with S9+

I think in my case, having the Samsung Tab S3 has helped :) Plus honestly, at least with my specific Note, the S9Plus is running much more smoothly, quicker, and so on. Plus I do like that it's slightly shorter, but as far as screen size goes it's nearly the same.

I may look into the Note 9 when it comes out, though unsure at this time. I like the somewhat shorter form factor. If they didn't make it shorter but made it a tad wider, well then I'd be pretty interested then as well.
Ah yeah, I bet having access to an Spen still does make the transition easier.

just setting up my new phone S9+ ....I just backed up my contacts and SMS from my Note 8...Thou Note 8 battery life has become worse after Oreo....I liking the size of S9+ and it's little lighter....

I hated the S8+, the S9+ has minimal changes but they make a ton of difference, them being the fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, pull down notification bar with a finger swipe, in addition to a 5x6 grid, which I assume though that the S8+ might have gotten that already via a software update.

To make it perfect though, in my opinion, I would prefer a flat screen, screen capture icon on the navigation bar, bigger battery, quick charge 4.0, maybe make finger print scanner also the power button to minimize the number of buttons on the side and native remapping of the bixby button and themes that include customized icons for, say the top 100 apps vs instead the 8 main ones.

Agreed on the flat. A tad wider is better than the weak legibility and angle of the curves. Also better case and display protection options AND less accidental touches. Curves and notches. Only the media and makers seem to like them. Most consumers seem to think otherwise in regards to those features anyway.

We all would love a flat screen version of Samsung flagships...but I don't see it happening anytime soon....and if Samsung could get back ir blaster

I assume there will be an S9 Active that is the same as the S9, just with a flat screen and tougher body. If you want it today, then you'd need to buy the S8 Active.

if I could get more than 12 hours of use from it, I'd be happy. already thinking of the next phone I may be getting next year. love my Huawei mate 9. I want to love the Samsung. May take me a while.

On the fence, disappointed with battery life tbh. Hoping they can fix via firmware

I love Purple.

The number of phone I've gone through. Nothing excites me anymore. They're all the same.
I think that's the problem I'm having right now. I just picked up the 9+ because it was time for another phone. I can't get excited like I used to

Screen capture nav button is going to be the biggest thing that I'll miss from the LG series.

The Note 9 might have a bigger battery than the 9+, if rumors pan out. My guess is a wider device to allow that and the pen as well. Hopefully that means a flat display. I'd be all over that if so. Love the S9+ except for the curved display.

They will not go to a flat display
