How many users have decided to keep their V20?

I HATE the physical home button. There is no good reason to have it on an Android phone.

I might be in the minority but I like the physical home button, but then again from all the phones I've owned I prefer Samsung to the rest

putting the note 7 next to the v20 makes me realize how yellow the samsung screens look.
i actually like the v20 screen better. i like it being flat and the whites look white.
i'm keeping this phone. i dare say i prefer it over the note 7.

I don't know, I'm still torn. After reading that the crippling battery update is ever closer to reaching my N7, and the fact that I have to turn the V20 in a week from Sunday if I decide to ditch it, I have to make a decision at some point. Then again, I had a friend drop his tablet and phone off my plan and I just paid off my Tab S2 and removed it from my plan so maybe I'll just suck it up and pay an additional $40 a month to have a phone I can swap sim cars around with and not have anyone bother me when I still need to be connected LOL. Bill is still cheap in the long run.

Screen is slowly growing on me, getting used to it. Only time my N7 screen looks yellow is when night mode is on, obviously. Like the clarity and quality of the N7 over this while shooting auto mode and honestly the love panoramic feature on my N7 is seriously one of my favorite features I'll miss, when I first discovered it my thoughts were THIS IS AWESOME! Yesterday was the first day I got to truly mess with the V20 camera. Need to spend more time with it, but after messing with both cameras and several shots my current conclusion is that it's definitely not bad, just need to decide if I can live with it.

Nougat is awesome. Absolutely love it! Incredibly fast and snappy (faster than my N4 and 7 out of the box for sure) and everything that Android has been adding over the last couple OS versions seems so fluid and refined on this phone. Double tap to switch recent apps is awesome.

Second screen at first was just eh. But also "well this is cool," but still just eh. Again, another feature growing on me. First non Samsung Android phone I've had, so there's definitely some differences to get used to and I'm still discovering.

Honestly, will probably make the move to finally turn my N7 in next week sometime, and give myself a few days to wrap up my V20 decision.

Why.... The 2 V20s aren't enough dirt you?
Well, I have 4 phones currently. Yes, that's enough but girls gotta have her toys right? Work pays for one of the V20s. I like the S7e enough that it's Polly not going anywhere, for now.

I thought I would miss that coming from my note 7 but it took me about 2 days to get over that....I like that I get to control what buttons are down there as well...

No phone is perfect but I have to admit, the V20 hasn't given me anything to be unhappy about. The V10 is nice to but battery life is right up their with the S6 and that's not so great. Some whine about the V20's camera but it's certainly nice enough for me. I have a DSLR if I need anything better.

I came from the Note 7 and I'm loving this phone more and more as I use it and customize it. Using Nova Launcher with .5 on animations and High Contrast on in Accessibility/Vision settings and High Contrast theme. Dark theme makes texting, contacts, dialing, settings and almost everything look amazing. Not a fan of white and pastel screens obviously. Love having RF blaster back with removable battery. Getting ton of enjoyment from listening to Google Play Music on Sennheiser headphones and in vehicles using AUX jack. Try recording using HD Audio Recorder. Insert music track and speak over it and be amazed at the results. I think I'll keep it. :)

Coming from the V10 and have only had the V20 for a few days. It's gonna be a keeper for me.

High contrast settings everyone! Makes a HUGE difference on using this phone.

The high contrast theme seems to just be a black theme correct? I'm not seeing any difference with any of the other colors on the screen.

I really enjoy alot of things about the V20. For myself it couldn't out do my HTC 10. Personally I can't do on screen buttons they annoy the crap out of me and don't mesh well with how I use android. While it was a fast phone it never out performed my HTC 10 on any task ever. Seemed like there was a lot of points at which it would be slower than I'm use to(also I'm running my HTC 10 rooted with a performance optimized ROM) I can tweak if I want battery or performance.

The battery life was odd. The first 5 days it was amazing, for about 3 days the battery would be sot 1-2 hours out of being unplugged for 12 hours and it would be at 15% battery. It would sit in my locker at work untouched. Yet it never actually went into deep sleep mode. Never actually figured out what was making it not sleep.

I use nova in conjunction with kustom live wallpaper. The issue is that when you turn off the notification bar in nova. Your home screen triggers the second screen to turn into just a clock with notification icons. On the home screen you cannot use the quick toggles or any other feature of the second screen only if the notification bar is set to hide. It only does this on the Nova home screen with notification bar turned off. It works through out the rest of the phone. If you have ever used klwp you usually have everything set where you like so you don't need to duplicate your status bar info twice.

I thought I would get use to the finger print on the back but it's actually rather annoying when I am so use to not having to pick up my phone just to use my finger print to unlock it.

These are just my personal preferences for why I returned it. Doesn't mean it's not an excellent phone at all. If I didn't have this HTC 10, its the only other android phone I would actually own.

My own 14th day was up today....... I am happy to report that I kept my own V20...I love it...compared to my old Note 4.....

Keeping mine, coming from a G4. I got my G4 3 weeks before they announced the V10 and was so bummed since I had a 24 month payment agreement with Verizon. My G4 went into boot loop 3 weeks ago after having it for 12 months. Verizon replaced it for free but then I saw the V20 and the promo for $300 trade-in so it was a no brainer. Payed the remaining $250 and now I only owe $370 for the V20 plus getting the B&O headphones for free. Best phone Ive ever own and I liked my G4 before but it doesnt even pale in comparison to the V20.

Hi. For how long did you use the G4 and how is it now? I've readsomewhere that LG phones are prone to bootloops that's why I'm having second thoughts on this v20 which i really like

Luckyyyyyyyy.
Though, variety IS the spice of life.

Still debating. Came from iPhone 6S+ out of frustration due to the Note7 double recall. I'm running about 45/55 right now, but it's growing on me and the gap is narrowing. Still not convinced about the battery life, and I may be better served with a more point and shoot type camera. I want to love it, but realizing my own limitations and lack of photography talent are leaning me towards something else. I still have 10 days to decide.
