How Often Do You Run The Maintenance Optimizer?

I ask because it seems that the device itself wants to consistently maintain it's health. Running the optimized, I just cleaned up 1.5gb of storage data I didn't know was being used.

I don't do it very often. I think if I remember, it reminds me to do it occasionally. That's when I do it but I never remember on my own.

a few times a week. I'm always a little surprised when i see that 1.5-2 gb of data can be cleaned up in such a short period of time.

Is the auto restart feature missing from Verizon variant or am I just looking in the wrong spot?

Settings>General Management>Reset

All that is in there is Reset Settings, Reset Network Settings & Factory data reset.

Once a day with s8+. With Note Im finding no reasons to do it. I run every other day or so if I remember to do it.

pretty much everyday, afterwards I clear out all recent apps, then restart it.
I don't know if doing this is helpful or not. Any comments about how helpful this is or isn't and any other suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

This is exactly what I do every night before bed.

I usually do it in the morning, after clearing out all the notifacations from the night, that way,It's all clear & ready for a new day. I read somewhere about doing this, maybe it was you.

Pressing the Bixby button and saying "Optimize" makes it a once a day task for me.

How do you do this? I search setting for "Optim" says nothing found before I can finish the word optimize
