How: Provide Samsung with Feedback, Bug Reports and Suggestions for improvements

What are the best ways to share my feedback, bug reports and ideas for future improvements of the S4 with Samsung?

• Do they have official forums?
• Do they monitor any of sammy-centric sites? Which ones?
• Do they monitor any unofficial Samsung forums? Which ones?
• Do they have a website to provide feedback and ask questions?

I ask because a quick cruise around Samsung.com didn't yield any good 'paths' to sharing my gripes, etc with them.

You can contact Samsung customer service/support and bring the issue to their attention. They may be able to try and troubleshoot the problem for you and if not, at least they have documentation if in fact there is an issue. I'm sure they monitor tech sites and forums for their devices and take note of customer feedback. Although you don't see their presence, it'll be hard to believe that they don't frequent these (or other) boards.
