How set an alarm that does not require interaction with phone

I need an alarm that will alert me but does not require any interaction after it sounds. The simplest setting I can find (samsung s10 running android 12) requires me to dismiss it.

I'm looking for a simple alert - like Sean Connery had in the movie "Hunt for Red October" - One ping, one ping only.

Any thoughts? Thanks

Maybe you're going about this the wrong way as alarms usually DO require interaction (i.e. SNOOZE button). But, if you think about what you want in this case, sounds more like a reminder rather than an alarm. You can always set a daily reminder at a certain time and use that as an 'alarm'.

You can also set it up via Routines (either from Bixby or Google Assistant or even services like IFTTT) where you can choose to play a sound or do a certain action every day at a specific time.

How about setting a calendar event with a notification? That won't keep pinging (but the notification will remain in your status bar until you dismiss it.

I have an earlier version of this alarm clock (They changed their pay structure and abandoned the traditional fully paid version that I have), which does have an auto dismiss option that you can set on a timer. Maybe give it a try?
