How to access my downloaded files/pictures on my Samsung Note 4?

I can't find the downloads icon/widget (the green square with an arrow pointing down) on my Note 4 anywhere. Please help! Thanks!!!

I don't have a green arrow but if you are looking for something you just downloaded a down arrow should show up in the little band across top of screen. If it got cleaned when you cleared other notices, then touch the icon you probably have for Files and you'll see a place to click and see all downloads. I adjusted the sort to "by date" so most current show up first. Otherwise you have to know what the download was called. See if that is what you need.
