How to access voicemail files on a Galaxy 3

My old Galaxy 3 has some voicemail messages I'm hoping are still in a file on the phone. The phone is no longer connected to my account so I can't retrieve them the usual way.

Does anyone know where messages are stored and how to access the voicemail files.

Voicemail is a system run by the carrier, it's not on your phone. (They'e stored on your carrier's voicemail server.) If you're no longer with that carrier, the chances are that you can no longer access them.
