How to add a Samsung Galaxy A10 as a new device on my Amazon account?

I have several devices registered on Amazon as destinations for book purchases. I want to add my new Samsung tablet to this list but I can't find a way to do it. Most of the sources I've checked tell me to do it from the tablet's Settings app but I can't find anything there either.

A specific set of steps to do this would be very helpful. Thank you.

Log in to your Amazon account, registered devices and follow the steps to add.

I can't find a reference to "registered devices" anywhere on the Amazon help pages. But I solved the problem another way - I logged in to Amazon on my Android tablet and bought a $2 book and now Amazon recognises my tablet. Weird!

From the app tap 3 bars upper right corner then tap your account >account settings >manage content & devices

Just log into your account from the new device and it will be picked up immediately. No problem.
