How to add camera and weather to the lock screen?

At the lock screen, when swiping left, we get the option to add a few widgets... but they are soo less?
Is there a way to add the camera widget to my lock screen, and also the weather app?

Camera is there already, just swipe the other way!

There are a number of widgets that support placement on the lock screen, do a play store search for lock screen widgets and go to town. Beautiful widgets has a great weather widiget for the lock screen, as one example.

Hi an option would be to use the "camera unlock" application I've developped. Just press 3 times the power button and you get access to a camera even from a password protected device hooked up with you companies exchange account ...
