How to add Multiple Phones to Forums Profile?

I came from Windows Central Forums to Android Central Forums. There was an option to setup one account for both. My question is, in my forum profile, I can only add 2 items (ex: Surface Pro 3 and Lumia 920). How to add Samsung Galaxy S5 to profile. I would like to have 3 of them on my profile.

Any thoughts?
