How to add trusted sites in Chrome running on Android 4.3

[AC Question]

I read that I should click on the settings, scroll to the bottom and click Show Advanced Settings. then click on Change proxy settings. My problem is, I have a Basics and and Advanced button in Chrome, but neither takes me to the change proxy settings and Security tab so that I can add the trusted sites I need for work.
