How to adjust sound profiles?

Anyone? Its bugging me that i cant adjust the individual sound modes! I do not want my 'normal' sound mode to use vibrate so i turn vibrate off but this also turns it off for vibrate mode so when i enable vibrate mode its basically silent with no vibrate! Anyway to get vibrate mode to actually vibrate without vibrate being enabled for normal mode aswell

Try Simple Sound Profile in the play store. It's a widget that you can customize your sound.

I should be able to do so from stock though! I usually turn off vibrations for 'normal' mode so my phone just rings without vibration and if i want vibration then i toggle vibration mode on but on the S8 once you adjust vibration its like that for all sound profiles so iam unable to put my phone on silent but still have it vibrate

The manual does not list "sound profile" but for Sound Mode it appears you should be able to do what you want. Manual not real clear in detail, but it appears everything is in Settings/Sounds and Vibration/Sound Mode. Don't know if that helps at all...

Not really mate. Basically we have 3 sound modes (normal, vibrate and silent) but if i go into my sound and vibration settings and lets say i turn vibration off....... it turns vibration off for all 3 sound modes so whichever sound mode i use, there will be no vibration! This is not how i want it! I want to be able to adjust each sound mode individually

Sorry, but as noted above, looks like a 3rd party app is the answer.

Can anyone actually just turn vibrate off for there normal sound mode and then toggle on vibrate mode and confirm if the phone vibrataes or not because i cant understand this! Every phone EVER would allow me to toggle vibrate to off under one sound mode and still vibrate under another! Seems very odd
