How to adjust speed of slowmotion video shot in Pie?

Is there a way to adjust the speed of slow-motion video imported to pc ?
Say if I have already set slow-motion from 5th second to 8th second. Can I change that speed to 7th second to 9th second from PC? The videos are copied as 30 fps when copied to pc
