how to block number

Guys please help I'm still kinda new to android and I don't know how to block numbers
I have a gf I've been dating for 2 years now and I have an ex gf I haven't seen or talked to in about 4 years
She got my number some how she has a baby that's only a few months old and asking me for
money yea I know she can't do math but it's really being annoying
Please guys help me out I really appreciate it
And if anything I'll change my number
