how to block restricted #'s

My phone won't let me block a restricted # that keeps calling. No #, just says restricted. Keeps calling at odd times like middle of the night. Is there a workaround for this?

You could use Do Not Disturb, and make an exception for calls that come from any of your established contacts. At least this would solve the problem with calls overnight.

In the Play Store, look for an app named Hiya. I believe the paid version allows you to block restricted numbers.

I'm using the Samsung dialer on my unlocked S22U, and under 'block numbers' I have the option to block 'unknown/private numbers'

I never looked for this on my N20U, but I'm guessing it is the same. Also not certain this would actually yield the result you are looking for, but it looks promising to me. See if you have this option and let us know.

Yes mine has that same option have had it enabled for awhile. It works great if the number is blocked I don't want the call. Option to turn it on is in setting on the Samsung dialer.
