How to block some webs. Internet filter

I have an android 4.1.2 and I want to block some webs on it. I don't mean parental control, it's more like internet filter for my black list of webs.

Which device? Jellybean is very much out of date, so I would strongly recommend upgrading to a more modern device. Many current apps will probably not be compatible with that device.

I know it's old but maybe you know any app with "black list" for android sony xperia st27i?

Are you trying to prevent someone else from accessing these sites, or are you trying to stop yourself from going to certain sites?

That's for myself since I'm the only one user of that device.

That kind of feature is usually self-defeating. If you as the user are the one who sets the block, then you will also be able to unblock it easily.

To prevent pop-ups, block those sites.
