how to bypass college's internet

my college is providing internet for but with restriction to many sites.
how can bypass these restriction imposed by the college .

Have you tried VPN? Hotspot shield is good for PC/phones. It will ask you to pay to keep using it though, but there are some free ones.

Edited: Hallux is right, you most likely will violate the agreement when using the WiFi, but you can use this method at your own choice.
