How to change lock screen apps....

For some reason i can't figure out how to change the lock screen apps.......help please??

I swear i have looked through all the settings, so it must be some weird hidden setting....or i'm just missing it as i have a horrible headache.....

Go to Settings, Security, Lock Screen Options, then Click Shortcuts.
