How to change text reply to phone calls?

ICS that feature where you can cancel an incoming phone call with an immediate text. There are a few canned responses. Anyone know where you can go to add one of your own to the list?

open the phone app. click the 3 little dots at the top right...click settings, and the first option should be Quick responses...there are only 4 click on one of them and u can change it to whatever you want...
