How to Change the Home Folder Layout/Appearance

[Android Central Question]

I've upgraded my Galaxy S3 (SPH-L710) to Lollipop (5.1.1) using the AICP ROM...
The upgrade was from KitKat (4.4.2)...
With KitKat, when I made a folder of icons on the Home page, each folder's icons were cascaded (overlapping)... With this Lollipop ROM the folder icon shows the first four (4) apps in the folder in a 2x2 grid as miniature icons.

Is this an AICP ROM implementation, or is there a way that I can change the folder appearance preference back to the overlapping icons?

Install a launcher like Nova which has the feature to change folder appearance.

Makes sense... I did have the Nova Launcher installed with my 4.4.2 ROM.
So the stock (Trebuchet) launcher for 5.1.1 doesn't have the "change folder appearance" option I take it...?

Probably. Never used that launcher.
