How to change the Note 9 default email used to send feedback

I use Unreal Mobile as my phone service provider. Lately it has been crashing. When it does, I get a pop-up to send feedback about the incident. My Gmail account is listed in the dialog as the address that will be used to send the message.

I only use my own server to send mail. If I use Gmail, I have it configured to use an SMTP from my server. The only mail I receive at Gmail is that which I forward from my server (or which is sent directly by Google services).

So I want to change that default feedback address to one from my server, not Gmail. I searched the Unreal app, the Google app, the Gmail app, and the phone's system settings. But I can't figure out where the decision is being made to use Gmail or which app is actually sending the feedback. Is it possible to change it?

There's a From: header and a Reply to: header, and in most Android email apps you can't change them. You'll have to have someone develpp an email app for you, or develop one yourself.

However, if it's the Android Feedback mechanism, it's not in an email app, it's in Android, so good luck.

I moved this from the Galaxy Note forum (for the ancient original Note phone) to the Note9 forum for more specific traffic.
