How can I clear wifi data usage on my phone?

Are you asking how to reset the data measurement? On my Nexus 5, it doesn't appear that there's any way to change the data measurement cycle--I think it's a 30 day cycle. I can change the date of a new cycle for mobile data, but not for wi-fi.

Go to settings click connections tab above and select data usage

I also haven't heard of the need to clear WiFi data usage.
