How to completely get rid of chinese language or flash ubox

Hi everyone I have a Android ubox4k quad core and it is a Chinese model unfortunately every time I turn it off and turning back on the language switches back to Chinese and I have to go to settings and change it back to English is there anyway I can change the language of Chinese erase it I tried system settings but you cannot select Chinese it's like that the system so you cannot change it or any other ideas you may have please share
