I am on Windows 10, I enabled developer options then enabled USB Debugging, then after connecting the phone to my PC, I tapped on the USB options and chose File Transfer, now I see three Nexus 6P under Other Devices in Device Manager but Windows update cannot find a driver for them, I then tried the Google USB Driver for Nexus 6P but Windows says it cannot find any driver there for this phone.

Then I tried the HiSuite v2.3.55.1 but still it cannot detect my phone

please help, I wanna copy my MP3s / files to the phone

My brand new (never had a smartphone connected to it before) Windows 10 box connected the first time I put a USB cable into it and my 6P... however, I did NOT turn on USB debugging. Maybe that is your issue. Did you try turning it off and then reconnect?

you dont need to turn on USB debugging. thats not needed to connect to PC.

all you have to do is connect and change the option from charging to file transfer

No luck, even with USB Debugging mode disabled, I see 3 Nexus 6P devices in device manager under Other Devices with an exclamation mark next to them. If I try to search online for a driver it finds nothing
