Ok I think I'm getting closer now. I got the Msmdownload tool to open but it look like I may be off by just one step.

Thanks I just unchecked it. The only difference I see between our screens is that the top folder on mine shows guacamole_21.O.09_190502 instead of 516. Will that make a difference?

Yeah it might , there's 2 different versions , if you use my screen shot as reference it's same

Hahaha .. I learned also along the way , I've been so use to Samsung devices , flashing, rooting ..so didn't mind diving into new things

Well, Yesterday I took the plunge and made the change. The video was really helpful and it helped me get the process started. Took very little time yet it did take a little time to set things back up even with a backup but hey allowed me to do some much needed cleaning. LOL. Thanks for the help.

Just a quick update I'm on a T-Mobile perchased phone and I am now running the 10.0.3 I think that is the version which I believe is the latest everything works. I must say it was a simple process.
