How to create my own running training routine on Gear Fit 2 Pro?

Hi from Brazil!
I was wondering if anyone would know how to create my own personalised training routine on the Gear Fit 2 Pro.
I've been using the smartwatch for 3 months now but always training just with distance targets. Right now I need to do some intervals and don't want to stay looking at the watch the whole time. Any ideas?
