How to deal with guest mode!?!

My son has the android Blackberry keyone on version 7.1.1. And I wanted to make it safe so he cannot access anything in appropriate so I use applock and locked the browser and other apps. This was working fine until I realized that he can just go into the guest user and use the Internet there. Is there any accountability/blocker/safe browser that will work even whilst in guest mode?

Only method I'm aware of is using G Suite as an MDM. Guest mode doesn't exist on managed devices, plus you can whitelist apps. You can also block guest mode in the Chrome browser.

It's $50/year for G Suite but might be worth looking into. Tell your son it's coming out of his allowance since he defied you.
