How to delete a blank home screen page?

Just got my new Samsung Galaxy Pro 8.4 Black. I created a new blank home screen and accidentally created a second one. How do I delete an unwanted blank home screen page? I tried tap and hold but the delete trash can does not show up.

Welcome to Android Central! From the main homescreen, pinch inward to bring up the overview of all homescreens--did you do that first? Then long-press the homescreen to remove, then drag it to the Remove area.
