How To Delete A Spam Contact I Didn't Add

I found a contact in my list that I didn't add. It's named Zyk Of At a Law www.a...When I open it there's no number or email and the delete function isn't showing up. I have no idea how it got on my phone and I can't figure out how to get rid of it except to do a factory reset. Has anyone ever heard of this or know how I can delete it?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If all of your other contacts are safely backed up somewhere, then go to Settings>Apps​, tap Menu>Show System, select Contact Storage, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now see if it's still there.
