Hello everyone!

Does anyone know how to remove auto corrected words? I've already tried looking in personal dictionary but found nothing.
I attached a pic below.
I have tried to hold down the proper word and the auto correct version and can't get rid if it.
Maybe the corrected version is hiding somewhere else other than dictionary?
Obviously I don't want to use caps in "have" all the time. I don't even remember saving it as so.

What language settings are you using? I don't have that word on mine.

You went to language and keyboard -> HTC sense input -> personal dictionary and it isn't there?

Hey luisro, yea, it's not in my personal dictionary at all. And my language is set to English Canada.
This is so frustrating!

The issue with HAVE must be something with an HTC One's dictionary because mine was doing exactly the same thing and I never saved have in all caps. In the personal dictionary, HAVE was not even listed, but it still insisted on inserting the all caps version whenever I typed the word. I deleted a few errant entries from the personal dictionary, and the HAVE problem went away.
