I want to have internet access on my android phone for hangouts, maps, playstore, etc but I don't want to be able to browse the internet. The only way I could think of to accomplish this would be to delete all apps that are used specifically for browsing the web - namely the chrome, browser, and youtube apps. Unfortunately, those are all default apps that come wiht the phone so I don't know how to uninstall them. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks!

Hi

I can certainly understand your frustration! As Ronald said, you can disable them by going to Application Manager, and finding those apps, and disabling them!

Good Luck, hope you're able to accomplish what you need!

If you have rooted your phone then you've got your problems solved.Rooting enables you to delete system apps.Clean master is one of the apps,it needs the permission of your superuser and then you are good to go.It shows you a list of system which you can delete. But be careful. If you delete a necassry app your phone might go into bootloop. So as to prevent this you can create a backup of your whole system apps by installing a file manager called solide explorer. It gives you excess to backup your S. apps.
