I got my new U11 a few days ago.
Decided to use the stock e-mail app instead of Gmail. I turned the synchronisation off so the app refreshes my inbox only when I open it. That's why I also turned the notifications off (using notification settings for this particular app).
I also disabled the icon badge (the "allow icon badge" option ) which is unnecessary in my case.
Unfortunately the icon badge appears every time I open the app and if there are some new messages and | don't read them. So finally I turned all email app notifications off but nothing changed.
Any ideas how to disable the icon badge for the stock e-mail app?
