So, I have noticed a problem since I bought this phone a year ago, The sim toolkit sends me an advertisement messages that has an option of Ok or Cancel, When I receive that message my phone's screen turns on and never sleeps unless I unlock the screen and tab Ok or Cancel, This really damages my battery and screen because the phone's screen open while I am sleeping which kills the battery when I wake up, I tried checking mobile data provider options and Sim toolkit settings and did not find a solution, Then I checked internet and the solutions I found all tells me to disable Sim toolkit, But I don't have that option. I am using Samsung J7 pro, The problem started happening after I bought it and the sales are final, My phone came with android 7 and after upgrading it to android 8.2 it didn't fix the problem, I don't want to root my phone, please help!
