How to download from other Google Play stores

Hi,

I am on a UK Google Profile but now in Brazil. Does anyone know how to download an app from a foreign Google Play store without changing your payment/locale profile in Google? Google only lets you change that once per year so I don't want to move it.

I am looking to not change the country because it is irreversible for 1 whole year.
